{"id":3456,"date":"2025-01-27T14:55:32","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T13:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zgraf.hr\/?page_id=3456"},"modified":"2025-01-27T14:55:32","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T13:55:32","slug":"application-process","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/zgraf.hr\/en\/zgraf-13\/application-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Application process"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The main exhibition of Zgraf 13 is an international exhibition in the field of graphic design and visual communications, and includes the review of selected works in the field of graphic design and visual communications, as well as an exhibition of selected works that problematize the presented theme.<\/p>\n<p>Works for both parts of the exhibition will be accepted from January 27th to March 27th, 2025 (23:59 CET).<\/p>\n<h3>A) Review<\/h3>\n<p>The Review is an international exhibition of selected works in the field of graphic design and visual communications. The exhibition includes works realized from 2017 to the submission deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Works may be submitted exclusively by authors or groups of authors \/ a studio or an agency. Each author or group of authors may submit a maximum of five works. Authors working in a group may submit five works separately if they were created independently of the group and are not signed as group work. If an author submits more works than the maximum, the first five submitted works will be accepted, while everything over the maximum will not be taken into account.<\/p>\n<p>Entries are submitted via the electronic application form in the following categories:<\/p>\n<p>1. Visual identities and branding<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Logo \/ brand symbol<\/li>\n<li>Visual identity applications<\/li>\n<li>Advertisement, a series of advertisements (promotional campaign)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Packaging<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food and beverage packaging<\/li>\n<li>Consumer packaging<\/li>\n<li>Packaging &#8211; other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Poster<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Single poster<\/li>\n<li>A series of posters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Publications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Covers: books, film \/ video and music &#8211; single and series<\/li>\n<li>Books and publications (layout design) &#8211; single and series<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Collateral&#8221; (catalogue, promotional brochures and booklets, annual reports, calendars, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Periodicals (magazines, newspapers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Information design<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data visualization<\/li>\n<li>Signage and spatial orientation<\/li>\n<li>Spatial information design (technological installations, AR navigation, exhibition design, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Typography<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Original typeface<\/li>\n<li>Experimental typography (graffiti, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7. Illustration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Illustration for books and editorial content<\/li>\n<li>Corporate illustration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8. Design in the digital media<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UX\/UI design<\/li>\n<li>Micro-animations (motion graphics for web or applications)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>9. Experimental and conceptual design<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptual projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B) Theme<\/h3>\n<p>The international exhibition &#8220;Pleasure to All&#8221; will include works that can be realized, conceived as conceptual solutions or created especially for this occasion.
