TERMS OF PAYMENT

Fee Payment

One-time payment via debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard®, and Maestro®) directly through our webshop.
The payment service for credit and debit cards is provided by the Monri Payment Gateway, ensuring the security of your data.

Payment Security for Debit/Credit Cards

ZGRAF (merchant) uses Monri WSPay for online payments. Monri WSPay is a secure system for real-time online payments via credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and transmission of card details, confirmed by its PCI DSS certification. Monri WSPay employs a 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol for the highest levels of data entry and transmission protection.

The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured through the use of 256-bit SSL encryption certificates and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.

Personal data used for authorization and payment, or to fulfill obligations under the contract, is considered confidential. Monri WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purposes of executing the contract for authorization and payment.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 regulations for the secure entry and transmission of data, as required by Visa and Mastercard standards.

The merchant does not store credit or debit card numbers, and such information is not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Paying by Debit/Credit Cards

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we request pre-authorization on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The funds will be deducted from your card at the moment your order is confirmed (verify this process with Monri).

By clicking “Confirm Payment,” you confirm that the debit/credit card belongs to you.

Debit and credit cards are subject to verification and approval by the issuing entity. If the issuing entity does not authorize payment, we will not be able to conclude any agreement with you.

Transactions are conducted in local currency, and no additional fees or surcharges are applied.

For international transactions, your bank may charge additional fees due to currency conversion to EUR at your bank’s exchange rate. If the amounts debited/credited on your debit/credit card differ from the price displayed at the end of the purchase process or the confirmed amount, please contact your bank for more information on banking fees or currency exchange related to such transactions.

Prices

All listed prices are retail prices, inclusive of VAT.

Order Status

The customer will receive a notification about the status of their fee payment via email.

The user is not entitled to unilaterally terminate the agreement:
if the service has been fully provided, and the provision began with the user’s explicit prior consent and their confirmation that they were aware they would lose the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement once the service was fully provided.
